Our Community

We are a Gospel-centered, Biblically-directed, Kingdom-focused collection of imperfect people from all walks of life and denominational backgrounds. We believe the church is a safe place for those who have questions, those who are seeking, those who are healing and those who just aren’t sure where they fit in.

Our Fellowship

We love to gather, to engage and encourage one another, to meet new friends and to treat one another with dignity. The church is not place to point out differences or to flex imaginary spiritual muscles. It’s a place to sing, to pray, to express gratitude, to offer hospitality, to reflect on God’s word, to seek reconciliation and to receive restoration. Most of all, it’s a place to not feel alone.

Who We Are

What We Value

We value people’s stories and spiritual thoughts and believe we are all somewhere in process of seeking God, trusting Jesus, being led by the Spirit, united in mission and engaging the world around us.

Missions

Jesus modeled a ministry of presence with and among all kinds of people. We take this opportunity to mean showing up in the neighborhood God has placed us in, not only to serve, but also to listen and learn as friends do with their neighbors.

Steve Tilleros

Pastor

Steve Tilleros serves as Pastor of Fellowship 30A Church in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, offering a ministry approach that combines entrepreneurial vision, leadership wisdom, and real-world practicality. Much of Steve’s ability to meet and walk with people “where they are” derives from his previous experience in business, coaching and non-church ministry applications.

Steve has worked as an organizational training and development consultant helping leaders and teams grow with mission alignment and efficiency.  He also spent a decade coaching MS and HS cross country teams as well as founding and coaching at SoulCity CrossFit, experiences that forged a deep commitment to personal health as well as a strong belief that shared experience and moving toward goals together is a catalyst for building strong, dynamic (and really fun!) community.

Steve spent 20 years on staff with Young Life in Jackson, Tennessee, building authentic friendships with teenagers, college students and families as well as developing ministry teams, strategic partnerships and funding streams to launch Young Life into several local communities. Before relocating to SRB in July, 2025, Steve served as Assistant Pastor at Hope Church in Memphis, leading Men’s Ministry and Marriage and Family Ministry, investing deeply in spiritual formation and assisting people, no matter where they were on their spiritual journey, to find a place to simply live life together.

At the center of everything Steve does is his family. He’s been married to his wife, Virginia, for 30 years, and together they are the fortunate parents of three full-hearted adult sons and two daughters-in-law. Above all, Steve has a deep desire to see people encounter Jesus and experience freedom and restoration in their everyday lives and among the church family at Fellowship 30A.

He joined Fellowship 30A in 2022 after returning to the area following graduation from Valencia College in Orlando with a degree in Audio Engineering. What began as an invitation to run sound on Sundays has led to a personal spiritual journey as well as development of audio, tech and web-based services for the church.
